Seminar Title: Role of UCHL1 in regulating gene expression in prostate cancer cells
Learning Objectives:
· Discuss the primary role of UCHL1 as a deubiquitinating enzyme
· Describe the UCHL1 interaction with genomic DNA and its possible role in regulating gene expression in prostate cancer
· Explain how ChIP and ChIP-seq can be utilized to map the genomic location of protein binding sites
